If you suggest a site listing, you always have to give proof, that you are the site owner (or an authorised representative). The easiest way to do so, is the use of a site related domain email address.

If you use freemail account (gmail etc.), then you have to send us a written statement of the site ownership or that your are authorised by the site owner to apply for the inclusion.
